How will I receive my photo gallery?
Your gallery will be delivered by email. All gallery notifications, access links, and ordering information are sent to the email address used when registering for photo day. If your organization provided a roster, galleries were sent to the email address provided to us by the organization or team.
I didn’t receive an email. What should I do?
Please check:
- Your spam/junk folder
- Promotions tab (Gmail users)
- That the correct email was used during registration
- If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll be happy to help locate your gallery.
Can I change the email address my gallery is sent to?
Yes! If you need your gallery sent to a different email, please contact us with:
- Athlete’s full name
- Team or organization name
- Correct email address
When will galleries be available?
Gallery delivery timelines vary by event. Most galleries are delivered within 14 business days after photo day unless otherwise stated by the organization.
What is included with my purchase?
A retainer fee was collected at the time of registration and a permission to photograph waiver will be signed. Your retainer fee represents your commitment to Photo Day & guarantees delivery of one digital download for your athlete. Your child is expected to arrive on time, wearing full uniform and is to bring any required or necessary equipment for their sport.
Your Coach or Team Representative will notify you when your gallery is available. You will also receive a text and/or email notification from our delivery platform (no-reply@gotphoto.com).
A “retainer credit” for the amount paid at registration will automatically be applied to your account. Your retainer credit is valid for 14 days from the date images are released. After the 14 day window has closed, all unused credits will expire and no longer be redeemable. This credit may only be used only once, per athlete. Galleries will be full price after the credit period has expired.
Are digital downloads included?
The retainer paid when registering is used as a credit for a purchase when you receive your gallery. This retainer CAN be used on digital download or prints.
Can I order prints and products?
Yes! In addition to digital images, you may purchase:
- Professional prints
- Specialty products (when available)
- All products are ordered directly through your online gallery.
How long will my gallery be available?
Galleries are typically available for a limited time. We recommend purchasing your images as soon as you receive your gallery email to ensure you don’t miss access or loose your retainer credit. Your retainer credit is valid for 14 days from the date images are released. After the 14 day window has closed, all unused credits will expire and no longer be redeemable. This credit may only be used only once, per athlete. Galleries will be full price after the credit period has expired.
Can I share my gallery with family and friends?
Absolutely! Once you receive your gallery link, you’re welcome to share it with family members so they can view and order. Please remember, the retainer credit can only be used ONCE per athlete.
What if my athlete was absent on photo day?
If your athlete missed photo day, please contact us. Makeup opportunities depend on the organization’s schedule and availability.
